Elon Musk Confirms “Cybertrucks Are On Their Way” to Tesla Stores in Mexico, Canada, and Additional US Locations in Time For Black Friday

A few days ago, Tesla started displaying Cybertrucks at Tesla showrooms across the country. The first Tesla store to get a Cybertruck was a Tesla store in San Diego, followed by another Tesla showroom in San Jose, and then a Tesla store in the Meatpacking District in New York.

And now, Cybertruck display vehicles are spreading like wildfire across Tesla stores throughout the United States. As of writing, there are 8 Tesla stores confirmed to have a Cybertruck on display.

In addition to the 3 stores mentioned above, there are Cybertrucks displayed in Tesla stores in Miami, Chicago, Charlotte, North Carolina, and in additional California and New York stores.

From the flood of videos shared online of people experiencing the Cybertruck in person for the first time, we know that all Cybertrucks displayed at various Tesla stores throughout the US have Impeccable build quality.

Last month, after test-driving a Cybertruck Performance with inconsistent panel gaps and fit and finish issues Musk instructed Tesla workers to increase Cybertruck’s build tolerance to a sub-10-micron level. And if the display vehicle is anything to go by, Tesla employees appear to have answered their CEO’s call.

In addition to their incredible build quality, all the display Cybertruck appears to be sporting a white interior. Tesla has not yet started letting people sit inside the Cybertruck however, the videos of the white interior shot from outside the window still look beautiful.

Naturally, wherever it goes, the Cybertruck attracts a lot of attention and Tesla stores carrying the all-electric truck are experiencing a flood of people looking to experience the Cybertruck in person for the first time.

This is genius for Tesla as a marketing strategy. People come to see the Cybertruck and at the same time, they are able to experience the Tesla Model S, 3, X, & Y lineup.

In addition, tomorrow is Black Friday which means people will be flocking to malls for shopping and what do they see? A Cybertruck. This will draw people into Tesla stores which then leads them to experience not only the Cybertruck but also the rest of the Tesla lineup.

Although a very good strategy to increase sales, if the line to get into a Tesla store is too long, then it might leave a bad test in people’s mouths. And that’s where Elon Musk’s latest statement comes in.

In response to an article showing all the Tesla stores carrying the Cybertruck, Elon Musk responded by writing, “Cybertrucks are on their way to Tesla stores in North America!”

Given the Cybertruck’s unique design and, the difficulty of trying to fulfill the superset of all vehicle design regulations from every country in the world, Tesla has decided to design the Cybertruck to only meet the North American regulations.

Meaning, that the only countries that will get the Cybertruck will be the United States, Canada, & Mexico. Musk has said in the future Tesla will design a smaller tight-world Wolverine package Cybertruck for other markets.

There is no timeline as to when Tesla is planning to produce this Cybertruck variant however, it’s still exciting to see the Cybertruck in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Currently, this is all the information we’ve regarding Tesla’s plans with the Cybertruck, however, we’ll be sure to keep you posted as we learn more about the EV maker’s plans. Until then, make sure to visit our site torquenews.com/Tesla regularly for the latest updates.

So what do you think? Excited to see Cybertrucks getting shipped to several US states, Mexico, and Canada? Also are you disappointed that Tesla does not plan to sell the Cybertruck outside North America? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
